Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic Leadership:

* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
* Serve as a key advisor to senior management on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee relations.

* Talent Acquisition and Retention:

* Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
* Create and execute retention strategies that foster employee engagement and reduce turnover.

* Employee Relations and Engagement:

* Act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of issues.
* Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, aligned with company values and cultural expectations.

* Compliance and Policies:

* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as industry regulations specific to food manufacturing.
* Regularly update and enforce company policies and procedures.

* Training and Development:

* Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

* HR Operations:

* Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and other HR operational functions.
* Monitor HR metrics and generate data-driven insights for decision-making.

* Safety and Health:

* Collaborate with plant management to ensure workplace safety and compliance with OSHA regulations.
* Drive initiatives that enhance employee well-being and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

* Skills and Competencies:

* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
* Deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
* Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.

* Technical Skills:

* Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Familiarity with manufacturing operational tools and metrics is a plus.
