Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Finance to lead their financial planning, reporting, and risk management functions. The Director of Finance will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, optimizing performance, and ensuring fiscal responsibility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep financial expertise, and experience in managing corporate finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies to safeguard financial health.
  • Oversee cash flow management, treasury operations, and capital allocation.
  • Lead financial analysis to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and financial policies.
  • Partner with senior leadership to evaluate investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance overall capabilities.
  • Implement and optimize financial systems and technology for improved efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • ???????10+ years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, risk management, and compliance.
  • Experience with ERP systems, financial software, and data analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business success.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
