**Job Summary:**
As a Hospitality Services Vacation Planner, your main goal will be to maximize reservations through effective selling techniques. We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Book new reservations and modify existing ones using NAVIS CRM and Escapia.
- Provide customers with property options and information through phone, email, web-based chat, and follow-up outreach.
- Assist and respond to guests with existing reservations via phone and email.
- Answer calls and emails professionally and clearly.
- Maintain up-to-date guest profile information for current and potential customers.
- Offer concierge services, sharing knowledge about local restaurants, directions, and entertainment options.
- Complete general office duties, including organizing mailings and guest arrival packets, and maintaining tidy personal and shared spaces.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and manage first impressions for all guests, owners, and vendors in the front lobby.
- Check guests in and out, assist with booking reservations, upsell packages and add-ons, and provide information about local attractions and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to address inquiries and resolve customer issues.
- Support all departments and outside vendors as needed.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and expand our client base through effective management of daily correspondence and operational tasks.
- Complete shared departmental tasks as assigned.
- Treat all prospective guests, current guests, and team members with the utmost courtesy and professionalism at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Work Schedule:**
This position requires a Tuesday to Saturday work schedule, with Sundays and Mondays off. There is potential for hybrid remote work up to 2 days per week.
