Arc Herkimer is looking for Junior Direct Support Professionals to work with individuals with disabilities and help them achieve their goals!!! Junior Direct Support Professionals (Jr. DSPs) promote positive self-esteem of individuals in a home setting or in the community through consistent positive interactions, support, encouragement, and unconditional respect of individuals’ rights. We have per diem positions available for this program.
Rate of pay: $15.50/hr
The Jr. DSP program is for people those looking to gain experience with working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
