Day to day --
Insight Global is seeking a Fully Remote Lead Change Manager to spearhead workforce transformation initiatives for one of our simulation software engineering clients. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing change for technology implementations, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a strategic thinker who can establish and execute change management strategies, manage communication, and lead a team.
Additional responsibilities include -
Lead Workforce Transformation Pillar:
o Establish frameworks for assessing workforce transformation for digital initiatives
o Conduct change impact assessments and deliver results
o Manage people and communication strategies
Strategy and Execution:
o Establish and execute change management strategies
o Lead initiatives and communicate effectively with sales leaders
o Develop and implement best practices for a GTM organization
Roadmap and Execution:
o Establish a change management roadmap for transformation initiatives
o Manage and execute change tactics related to transformation efforts
o Oversee transformation projects
People Management:
o Maintain relationships with stakeholders.
o Conduct lunch and learns to communicate changes and updates.
o Ensure effective communication across the organization.

Skills and Requirements
8 years of experience managing change for tech implementations, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem
5+ years of Salesforce experience
o Delivering significant projects, establishing strategies, and owning work streams
3 years of experience with Agile / SAFE implementations
2 years of leadership experience
o Leading at least one person null
