Rincon is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for the role of Organizational Change Manager. We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented, and experienced team player to drive change management across the organization. Reporting directly to the SVP of Change Management, you will be responsible for implementing approved change management practices to achieve Company goals and strategy.
The Organizational Change Manager will support continuous improvement efforts for internal projects, focusing on the people side of change, including business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures. This individual entails strategically assessing, developing, and executing creative, multi-channel communications, resistance management, and reinforcement plans. The objective is to maximize employee adoption and usage, minimize resistance, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategy. The Organizational Change Manager must be able to collaborate with cross-department leaders to succeed. In this role, they will coach senior leaders and executives to help them fulfill their role as change sponsors. Additionally, the Senior Change Management Specialist may provide direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors at all levels as they assist their teams through transitions. While this role may offer flexible work arrangements that can include a mix of in-office and remote work, our changing business needs will ultimately determine our level of remote-work flexibility. Additionally, to promote in-person collaboration and client teaming, we prioritize hiring those who reside within 50 miles of a Rincon office which currently includes: Carlsbad, Fresno, Los Angeles, Monterey, Oakland, Palm Springs, Riverside, Sacramento, San Luis Obispo, San Diego, San Jose, Santa Barbara, and Ventura. Although this position is posted as a Ventura location, we will consider candidates in California and near listed Rincon offices.
