We're looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid digital marketing efforts. This role is critical in driving efficient user acquisition while enhancing our online presence.
What You'll Do
SEM Campaign Optimization: Manage and optimize SEM campaigns, including budgeting, bid adjustments, creative strategy, and keyword management.
Scaling Digital Channels: Drive growth across paid digital channels while ensuring cost-effective results and maximizing ROI.
A/B Testing & Growth: Design and execute A/B tests to uncover new growth opportunities and refine campaign strategies.
Audience Targeting: Identify target audiences, craft compelling messages, and develop offers to boost the effectiveness of paid campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to align campaigns with seasonal trends and promotional schedules.
Organic Social Media Support: Develop creative ideas to enhance engagement on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
CRM Oversight: Support email and push notification campaigns by designing user journeys and executing communications strategies.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including managing large-scale SEM campaigns with 100,000+ keywords.
Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a knack for interpreting data to optimize campaign performance.
Collaborative: Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
CRM Knowledge: Experience managing CRM platforms (experience with Iterable is a plus).
B2C Expertise: Background in e-commerce, membership marketing, or direct response marketing.
