You'll collaborate with various internal teams, including Product Management, Development, Business Analysts, and Executive Leadership, to deliver exceptional solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable to change, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal team members are key to success in this role. If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, understands the software development lifecycle, and is motivated to contribute to business success, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Define project goals, develop and execute tasks, track progress, and report outcomes to key stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with teams to define and document business requirements, ensuring clarity for Development and QA teams.
Work alongside Product Management to balance customer needs and product vision, delivering high-quality solutions.
Manage project timelines, track milestones, and prioritize bug reports to ensure timely project delivery.
Oversee training and support for team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong technical background with a deep understanding of sFTP, APIs, file formats, and integrations.
Experience working with SaaS or enterprise software implementations.
Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
Direct client consulting experience is a must.
Proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong presentation capabilities.
Expertise in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
Ability to thrive independently and work as part of a cross-functional team.
Agile software development experience is a plus.
Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field).
3-5 years of experience managing software projects, with at least 1-2 years in a client-facing role.
Experience with agile methodologies and specialty pharmacy is preferred.
Why Join Us?

A collaborative, supportive, and fast-paced work environment that values your contributions.
Competitive pay and benefits, including a matching 401(k) and immediate vesting.
Opportunities to grow and make a significant impact on company success.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcome all qualified applicants regardless of race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or other protected categories.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 116,000.00 Per Year
