Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer (w/ Hadoop/Spark/Python and AML/Banking products domain Experience)

Position type: Contract-Hybrid

Job Duration: 12-18 Months contract (Long-Term)

***Hybrid Position: 3 days Onsite and 2 days Remote work in a week.

Job Description:
An exciting opportunity to participate in the development and support for the Global Financial Crime Technology - Automated AML Monitoring systems. It involves diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools, often using new technologies. The candidate will work closely with business partners in Global Financial Crime, Enterprise Risk Analytics, as well as Front Line Unit and Control Functions from various line-of-business and jurisdictions to convert regulatory and internal control requirement into monitoring solutions. Participate in the design, development and implementation of complex applications with various GTO technology partners, integrating with the wide spectrum of GFC systems and technologies from data provisioning, AML modelling, alert generation and processing, cast investigation, internal/external search analytics, etc.
* Analyze, design, develop, enhance and support applications that integrate with existing business components utilizing established processes, frameworks, and technologies.
* Expertise on multiple technology skills with different technology stack, and ability to design, develop and lead onsite/offshore application team members using Agile process.
* Develop and support existing and new project requirements, including coordinating with business to understand requirements, and analyzing potential impact of implementing change requests.
* Perform tasks to comprehensively analyze application and process issues, including problem identification, communication and coordination with customer-facing support teams.
* Regularly communicate work progress with management, identifying issues early and resolving them quickly to avoid or minimize impact to projects.
* Excellent programming, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to learn business processes, and apply that knowledge to assigned tasks.
* Experience developing and supporting enterprise-level applications and processes.
* Experience providing on-call support for critical systems and applications.
* Bachelor in Computer Science or related field
* 7+ years of software development experience
* Strong experience in complex SQL query, PL/SQL programming,
* Strong software design, build, test and documentation skills
* Proven track record in project delivery in an Agile environment
* Excellent organization and team skills
* Fast learner, work under minimal supervision
* Able to communicate effectively across varied areas including technology, business and leadership
* Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
* Ability to guide multiple technology onsite/offshore team members
* Candidate with strong business analyst experience will also be considered
* Experience in one or more of Teradata, Oracle PL/SQL, Hadoop, Python/Spark, SAS, Autosys, Perl/Unix scripting, Java or similar technologies
* Good knowledge of the banking products, operational process and end-to-end transaction flow, in one or more line of business
* Knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering domain will be an advantage
* Able to gather and interpret data requirements, research and analysis, business design, data mapping, develop data sourcing

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Hourly Pay Rate Range*: Between $62.00/hr - $65.00/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
