On the Amazon Robotics (AR) team, we build dynamic partnerships between people and intelligent machines. This intricate collaboration helps Amazon fulfill orders with unmatched accuracy. These technologies help employees deliver an ever-improving customer and employee experience, as well as improve the safety of our facilities. We focus on solving near term opportunities while charting a roadmap for how we will navigate the product development needs to maximize business value over the next 3 – 5 years.
We are actively seeking for Supply Chain Manager III for the Order Management (OM) team within Amazon Robotics Supply Chain (RSC) organization. RSC organization sources, manufactures, delivers a portfolio of robotics technology globally and supports our network of global fulfillment and transportation solutions. OM team is responsible for execution performance for Amazon Robotics customers. This includes, but is not limited to, end-to-end deployment order management, problem service resolutions, post-deployment support, internal material requisitions, delivery troubleshooting, supply gap troubleshooting and inventory health review.
You work cross functionally to identify and deliver value for AR customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supply chain, domain expert to dive deep into the supply chain processes, strong background in program management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
This role will require strong leadership skills and interaction/influence with teams across Amazon to drive the improvement of OM function. The ideal candidate will be curious, have strong attention to detail, be energized by a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, be comfortable thinking big while also diving deep, will have high judgement and comfort managing senior stakeholders. You will lead the OM projects and own on-time delivery performance for Amazon Robotics Supply Chain (RSC) customers. Your goal is to develop/deliver innovative processes to scale OM function through systems automation. You will be a thought leader on supply chain delivery excellence, good communicator, and ability to build relationships with internal customers. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and promoting best practices

Key job responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to maintain high bar of delivery excellence
• Present confidently to Amazon executives as well as other large audiences
• Driving operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs
• Drive OM process improvements, cost optimization and scalability initiatives in collaboration with Robotics Supply Chain leadership
• Develop and implement program strategies, manage risks, and ensure that all project activities are aligned with the organization's goals
• Support and lead the development of dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• 5+ years of program or project management experience, working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or MBA
• 3+ analytical experience with SQL/Python
• 3+ analytical experience with Tableau
• 3+ years of Oracle or equivalent ERP experience
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements, stakeholder management and communication to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Order Management functional experience in Manufacturing organization
• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery
• 3+ years of building processes and schedules as well as driving improvements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
