Dodo Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented Senior/Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team! What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient accounting processes, and contributing to data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, manage vendor payments, handle collections, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Inventory Management Expertise: Apply your inventory experience to support accurate tracking, reporting, and forecasting of inventory, ensuring seamless integration with financial operations.
• Journal Entries & General Ledger Maintenance: Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy in financial records and supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Bank & Account Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze financial data and generate insightful reports, including ad hoc reporting for management.
• ERP System Utilization: Work within an ERP and/or QuickBooks to manage financial processes efficiently.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to accounting procedures, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a collaborative environment. We’re especially excited about applicants who bring expertise in inventory, financial analysis, and ad hoc reporting.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).

· Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
