We're looking for a talented Senior Client Controller to join our growing team! In this remote position, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional outsourced controllership services to government contractors.

What You'll Do:

Partner with clients to understand their unique business needs and accounting requirements.
Develop and maintain a system of accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
Analyze financial and operational data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Oversee the month-end closing process and deliver financial reports to clients.
Manage a team of virtual accounting specialists and provide them with support, training, and mentorship.
Stay up-to-date on the latest government contracting regulations (FAR, CAS, DCAA).
What You'll Bring:

10-15 years of progressive accounting experience, with a combination of public and private industry experience.
CPA license (strongly preferred).
Solid understanding of government contracting accounting principles.
Experience with QuickBooks, ICAT, and other accounting software.
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
