A/P Clerk – Filing & Invoice Posting Russell & Smith Ford - Houston As an accounting associate, this position will entail:

• Scanning vendor invoices
• Reconciling vendor statements
• Posting invoices, and writing checks
• Other responsibilities might be added to this position in the future in other accounting functions.
• Understanding of Accounting Concepts

Ideal Candidate Description

• Previous Dealership accounting experience
• CDK DMS experience and knowledge
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in Excel

Job Schedule * Work Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, 8:00AM - 5:00PM Job Benefits
