Pay Rate/Range: $17.95/hr
Description: Seeking an Accounting Clerk for a local business. The Accounting Clerk answers phones, documents phone calls in a call log, and sends invoices from QuickBooks, Dynamics and Q Shred per customer requests. The Accounting Clerk also researches and verifies receipt of customer payments.
Job Requirements: Will be trained on the phone system, invoice process, and verifying customer payments. Must have experience working with MS Office. Previous office, administrative, or accounting experience is required.
Job Type: Contract, through the end of the year
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
