This role involves managing a key department within surface treatment operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality services to customers. The Value Stream Manager will lead cross-functional teams, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and align operations with strategic goals to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and equipment to ensure minimal downtime and optimal efficiency.
• Oversee tooling and fixuring to maintain quality and ensure process readiness.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Learn and monitor process flows to maintain operational excellence.
• Ensure proper ERP system usage and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing, operations, or related fields.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Aerospace experience a must.
