Pay Range: $62,476.00 - $88,248.00 per year

Position Summary:

The Analyst, Organizational Design & Workforce Planning, will support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to organizational effectiveness, future workforce trends, and systematic talent planning for RWJBH

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Design Support: Assist in the application of organizational design methodologies, supporting interventions and restructuring efforts.
  • Workforce of the Future Research: Conduct research on emerging workforce trends, demographics, and labor market dynamics to inform the 'Workforce of the Future Research Lab.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning Support: Gather and analyze data related to current and future talent needs, skill gaps, and succession pipelines to support strategic workforce planning initiatives.
  • Methodology Development: Contribute to the development and documentation of consistent organizational effectiveness philosophies, methodologies, and work redesign approaches.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the analysis of organizational data eg. span of control, layers, headcount trends to identify areas for effectiveness improvement
  • Presentation & Documentation: Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation to communicate findings and recommendations related to organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3+ years of experience in organizational development, human resources, research, or a related analytical role
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information from various sources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present findings clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Curiosity about future work trends and a foundational understanding of organizational design principles
  • Experience with survey design and analysis is a plus
