Position Overview:
We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Apartment Leasing Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting prospective residents in finding their perfect home, and maintaining high occupancy rates at our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet prospective residents and provide engaging property tours, showcasing the community’s features and benefits.
Assist with the application process, including explaining leasing terms and conditions.
Prepare and execute lease agreements accurately and efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the apartment community’s availability, pricing, and policies.
Utilize leasing software such as Yardi, CRM, or AppFolio to manage resident and property information.
Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.
Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy and leasing goals.
Requirements:
Completion of fair housing training within the last year .
At least 6 months of on-site leasing experience at an apartment community .
Proficiency in leasing software such as Yardi, CRM, or AppFolio.
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation to and from the property.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
