As an Apprentice Electrician, you'll join a structured, hands-on learning experience that combines on-the-job training (OJT) with weekly classroom instruction through the Streib Education Course (SEC), accredited by the Department of Labor. Over four years, you'll gain the skills and knowledge needed to graduate as a Journeyman Electrician while working alongside some of the most skilled tradespeople in the industry.

What You'll Do:

• Assist Journeymen and Foremen on job sites with various electrical tasks.
• Learn to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in residential, commercial, and specialty settings.
• Participate in weekly classroom training to master the theoretical and practical aspects of the trade.
• Commit to meeting the Department of Labor's requirements of 8,000 OJT hours and 576 hours of classroom instruction over four years.
• Rotate between job sites to gain diverse, real-world experience in the field.

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Previous experience in a trade or hands-on work (preferred, but not required).
