Job Title: Assembler

Work Location: 1st Shift Assembly Areas

Division/Department: Production/Assembly

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our production team as an Assembler . This role involves assembling hydraulic components and subassemblies used in advanced suspension systems. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow standardized processes, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assemble hydraulic assemblies and package kits following standardized operating processes.

  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.

  • Operate assembly equipment as trained to produce subassemblies that meet specifications.

  • Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

  • Demonstrate excellent attendance and a positive work attitude.

  • Use proper safety protection equipment and follow both general and equipment-specific safety rules.

  • Work independently and complete assignments within established parameters and practices.

  • Be available to work 40+ hours per week when necessary to meet production demands.

Education and Work Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a related manufacturing industry preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions in accordance with federal, state, and local standards (ADA, FMLA, etc.), including meeting productivity and quality expectations.

  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance in compliance with company and legal requirements.

You should be proficient in:

  • Lean Manufacturing Principles
  • Mechanical Assembly Skills
  • Blueprint Reading
