Premieraerospace is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Video Editor to join our growing team. As an Assistant Video Editor, you will be responsible for assisting our video editing team in creating high-quality videos for our clients in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in editing and organizing raw footage into cohesive and visually appealing videos
- Collaborate with the video editing team to create engaging and impactful content
- Help with color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production tasks
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques and software
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall quality of our videos
- Work closely with producers, directors, and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain organized files and backups of all video footage and assets
- Assist in managing and organizing video equipment and studio space
- Provide support for video shoots, including setting up lighting and audio equipment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in video editing or a similar role
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
- A passion for storytelling and creating visually appealing content
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus
- Experience with color correction and audio mixing is a plus
