Behavior Technician - Overnight, 4 nights / week

Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia, seeks compassionate, caring, and dedicated individuals to become full-time Behavior Techs to our clients living with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges residing in our Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home located in Culpeper, VA. *This position comes with a sign-on and retention bonus of $2000*.
We are currently hiring for the following schedule: Wednesday, Thursday 11p-7a and Friday, Saturday 7p-7a.
What You’ll Do:
The Behavior Technician (BT) supports individuals at the YCTH (or Adult Transitional Home as needed) with co-occurring disabilities and behavioral health needs. This position involves leading daily programs and group activities, rehabilitative interventions, implementing therapeutic strategies, and providing assistance with personal care as needed. As an integral member of the REACH team, the BT works collaboratively with primary care providers, community crisis resources, and families of individuals referred to the home to ensure consistent, compassionate, and coordinated care.
