Job Summary

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service associate to provide Clerical Support to our team with phone calls and light clerical work. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, and interested in growing into a Recruiter role in the future.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates and clients.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.
• Support the team in day-to-day operations.
• Learn recruiting skills for future advancement.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish .
• Strong communication and phone etiquette.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar).
