Bilingual Receptionist – Personal Injury
Location: Charlotte, NC (In Office) | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Full-Time

Speaks Law Firm is seeking a motivated and client-focused Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish/English) to join our Charlotte team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and supporting the smooth operation of our office.

No phone calls or recruiter inquiries, please.

Responsibilities
Front Desk Support

• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
• Operate a multi-line phone system: answer calls, assist callers, relay accurate messages, and connect to appropriate contacts.
• Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Promptly direct outgoing/incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries to intended recipients.
• Maintain tidy and welcoming public spaces (lobby, meeting rooms, bathrooms, break areas).
• Prepare meeting rooms, documents, and arrange refreshments as needed.
• Support administrative needs: copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, and note taking.
• Meet with clients for notary services.
• Coordinate with staff as needed for client check execution and releases.

Client Communication & Coordination

• Maintain effective communication with clients, attorneys, and legal staff.
• Provide assistance and guidance in both Spanish and English, ensuring clarity and comfort for all visitors.
• Support the execution of all daily operations with urgency and attention to detail.

Qualifications
Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• 2+ years of customer service or front desk experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• A strong passion to help others and achieve best outcomes.

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree or higher.
• NC Notary Public (or willingness to obtain within six months).
• Familiarity with legal language and processes.
