One of our companies is currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst in the United States .

This remote-first role offers an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to improve internal business systems and processes. As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, enhancing system efficiency, and providing insights through data-driven reporting. You’ll support day-to-day troubleshooting, maintain system documentation, and contribute to solution design and integration efforts. Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather, document, and analyze business system requirements.
  • Provide prompt support by responding to system-related inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Analyze data trends, build insightful dashboards, and maintain data integrity across platforms.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce features, workflows, and data models to meet business needs.
  • Assist in solution design and integration with third-party tools and internal applications.
  • Test new features thoroughly and maintain accurate documentation of systems and processes.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Systems Administrator.
  • Background working with enterprise-level business systems, particularly CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Proficiency with SQL (preferred), SOQL, Salesforce Reporting, and Excel; Tableau is a plus.
  • Previous experience in SaaS or technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of workflow design, data modeling, and process automation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
