During surgeries, youll provide direct support to the surgical team anticipating needs, maintaining a sterile field, and staying fully present for every shift in tempo. After procedures, youll assist with cleanup, instrument reprocessing, and preparation for the next case. Previous OR experience is appreciated, but not required we welcome early-career CSTs who bring sharp focus, steady hands, and a willingness to learn.
