This position will be responsible for growing sales by leading and creating marketing plans. The ideal candidate is a performance-based growth strategist who is adept at full-funnel, fully integrated planning, and can support the execution and optimization of new customer acquisition. They will lead strategic projects and implement our go-to-market plans through collaboration with content, product, member communications, and the data analysis teams. At Igniton, soft skills are key to success. We seek candidates with strong interpersonal abilities – effective communication, teamwork, prioritization, and problem-solving – who can adapt to change, manage conflicts with empathy, and collaborate well with diverse teams. While technical skills matter, we highly value those who build positive relationships, contribute to a supportive culture, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. If this sounds like you, you'll thrive in our dynamic environment.

  • Partner with international teams to ensure marketing campaigns are relevant to a global customer and customized for local and regional country nuances.
