Job Description

We are assisting a prominent firm in their search for a Chief of Staff. This critical role is designed to streamline operations and enhance organizational performance by serving as a vital liaison between the executive team and other departments. The ideal candidate will be adept at prioritizing tasks, managing cross-departmental communications, and representing executive leadership in various capacities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis of key performance indicators.

  • Manage special projects and initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Facilitate effective communication across the organization, ensuring alignment with the firm's vision and goals.

  • Oversee the development and execution of the corporate agenda, meeting schedules, and follow-up on action items.

  • Coordinate leadership meetings, including preparing materials, agendas, and briefing documents.

  • Manage executive travel and logistics, ensuring efficient planning and organization.

  • Support the recruitment and onboarding processes for key positions within the organization.

  • Assist in the management of budgets related to special projects and firm initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA is preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial position, ideally as a Chief of Staff or in a similar role.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to interact effectively with senior executives.

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and use data to drive decision-making.

  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools.

  • Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and exercise discretion.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
