Position Overview:
In this role, you'll handle various data entry tasks and maintain accurate client profiles. The position requires working from the office three days a week, with the option to work remotely on other days.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client account creation and update requests
Verify and maintain client profile information
Process online bidder approvals
Handle data entry for clients, generate reports, and manage shipping instructions
Update mailing list entries and process bidder cards
Verify sales tax information
Track and respond to client surveys
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: At least 2 years of data entry experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus!
Work Environment:

Hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
