The role of Clinical y Photographer is designed to capture and manage all photography assets for an upcoming multi-site, multi-treatment fat reduction study using the CoolSculpting Elite device. Before and after photos are a pivotal asset towards the measured success of this study, and the photographer will be expected to capture high-quality photos with a strong attention to detail and accurate representation of fat reduction in the treatment area, both at baseline and at predetermined follow-up visits. As it can take a while to match photos, patience is a key quality.Key Output After Each Site Visit: upload images to proper location; color balancing; modify exposure/zoom correction (if needed); crop to the standardized IPR format.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proficiency with DSLR camera systems.
• Ability to set up adequate, controlled lighting in small spaces.
• Proficiency with light photo editing and media management.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to handle sensitive materials in a clinical environment.
• Ability to adapt to quickly changing circumstances without compromising the photos.
• Travel required almost exclusively for this position.

Top skills:

• Prior clinical study photography experience.
• Prior experience photographing the body.
• Strong Attention to Detail.
• Formal education or training in clinical photography or medical illustration can be an advantage (preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
