Project Manager
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our commercial painting projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage multiple commercial painting projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and maintain safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial painting or coatings industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in the painting industry.
