Job Description The Compliance Officer will be responsible for creating a preventative education program for an independent rural hospital. Currently they outsource their compliance and privacy work to a vendor, and it is a high priority in 2026 to bring that program back in-house to drive at a higher level of excellence for the hospital. This role will report directly into the CEO, but will not have any direct reports at this time. Their focus will be on building out a compliance and privacy program with an emphasis on preventative risk management.
