Job Description

Description - Support the operationalization of asset management policies, procedures, and process flows across regulatory and compliance functions. - Develop and maintain advisory documentation, including Form ADV, allocation, valuation, MNPI, COI, and marketing-related materials. - Ensure alignment of operational practices with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and monitor controls that mitigate regulatory and operational risks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with compliance tools and workflow management systems. Ability to manage complex projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for regulatory interpretation and implementation. Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
