Job Description

Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. As a leading company in the architectural panels and steel industry, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch services and products to our clients. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can help us maintain our technology systems and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues

- Set up and maintain network systems and connections

- Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems

- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup procedures are in place

- Provide technical support to employees and assist with training on new systems and software

- Keep up to date with new technology and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements

- Maintain inventory of computer equipment and supplies

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs

- Document and maintain records of all IT related activities

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications or technical training

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems

- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
