DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

Experience as the lead project superintendent on a minimum of three projects.
Commitment to maintaining project safety on site with the support of the corporate safety manager while effectively coordinating subcontractor activities.
Proficient in developing and updating project schedules, including two-week look-ahead plans, maintained and updated by Project Management using computerized scheduling software.
Excellent team collaboration and communication skills to ensure project alignment.
OSHA 30-Hour certification and CPR certification is a plus.
You can travel to (or relocate) to be able to work Broward and Miami-Dade Counties or Palm Beach and Martin Counties
