Our Education team offers consulting services and technology solutions to help schools, school districts, and state education agencies/ministries of education promote student success, improve programs and processes, and optimize financial resources. Services: + Teaching + Learning Solutions + Data Systems + IT Solutions + Financial Solutions + Equity in Education + Equitable Education + Recovery Services The Consultant will take a client-centric view and apply a consultative approach to understanding and solving complex problems faced by state and local education agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of state and local strategies that expand PCG's impact on teaching and learning across the Mid Atlantic. In addition, the Consultant will focus on growth and retention, ensuring that client relationships are nurtured and maintained for long-term success. The Consultant will partner with regional leadership and support state education agencies and school district clients in their efforts related to special education, strategic planning, data management and use. While a remote role, it is expected that the successful candidate will reside in Pennsylvania and be able to travel as needed to meet with and support PCG teams. **Duties and Responsibilities** + Actively recognize areas for improvement, as well as promote and execute collaborative solutions. + Commitment to exceptional client service and confidently lead with credibility. + Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset. + Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers, business teams, and technical colleagues + Dedication to accomplishing goals and challenges presented by clients and management + Ability to move multiple engagements forward while working at a detailed level. + Ability to interact with various levels of internal and external staff + Ability to recognize issues and identify solutions + Solid organization and time management skills, as well as research and project management capabilities + Ability to keenly listen to client needs and align to PCG's products and services. + Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from project leadership, colleagues, and clients. + Excellent writing skills, including ability to compose reports, business correspondence and procedures. + Sound judgment in completing tasks and in seeking guidance when needed from team members. + Demonstrated expertise in MS Office software. + Strong research and project management capabilities. **Required Experience** + Bachelor's degree required, master's degree a plus. + 4 + years of related experience in education, healthcare, or consulting. **Working Conditions** + Remote Office Setting + Up to 50% travel required \#LI \#EDU \#LI-KA1 **The above is intended to describe the general contents and requirements of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
