KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct thorough research to design and implement customized travel itineraries for clients.
- Assess each client's unique travel preferences and requirements to tailor trips that exceed their expectations.
- Manage client budgets effectively to plan trips that align with their financial parameters.
- Arrange all travel-related services, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, tours, and special events.
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients before and after their trips to ensure their complete satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that clients may encounter before, during, or after their travels.
- Participate in continuous training programs to stay certified and up-to-date with industry standards.
- Engage in regular webinars with travel partners to gain expertise in various destinations and travel types.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the travel and tourism sector.
