How we LEAD:
MCA is seeking a passionate music enthusiast to join our Commerce team as a Coordinator based in Nashville, TN.
How you’ll CREATE:
- Professional Support & Representation of the MCA Commerce Team.
- Provide daily release preorder tracking reports on a timely basis.
- Maintain Team Meeting calendar, planning, updates, and notifications as necessary.
- Place, track & communicate Artist Accommodation Orders w/Artist Management & Official Artist Stores.
- Perform regular QA checks on active web stores to ensure proper shop functionality, marketing copy, and merchandising.
- Proactively manage music and merchandise inventory levels across all stores and alert appropriate team members when product needs to be replenished.
- Compile and provide various sales and inventory reports to relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Liaise with international territories for creation of localized stores and programs, ensuring that all international territories have information they need to replicate various product offerings and campaigns.
- Execute Weekly Consumption Reporting for Artist Management Teams.
- Manage Account Plans & Recaps of Priority Projects.
- Update key UMG controlled playlists at Top Partners.
- Perform quality control of Commerce details for new release solicitation information.
- Maintain B2B website assets, uploading artwork and other info for new releases.
- Gather & execute Business Review & Departmental Presentation Decks in Powerpoint.
- Compile Weekly Commerce submissions for Divisional email blast.
- Manage expense filing for SVP of Commerce.
- Order and maintain promotional items and manage mailing of items to key accounts.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Bring your VIBE:
- Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s degree) or equivalent work experience in related field preferred.
- Relevant internship or equivalent prior coordinator experience (within the music industry a plus)
- Must be timely in getting work accomplished meeting all prescribed deadlines
- Ability to multi-task competing priorities.
- Computer experience: Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of presentation programs such as Powerpoint, Canva, etc.
- Experience with Monday.com preferred, but not required
- Experience with Photoshop is a plus, but not required
- Highly motivated and with a desire to work in a team environment.
- Must be self-directed and well organized.
- Must be a creative problem solver
- Must be willing to work extended hours as needed
