Inviting applications for the role of Data Analyst-Business Intelligence
Skills – Genpact LLC seeks Data Analyst-Business Intelligence (multiple positions) in Danville, IL to be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of current metrics, reports, data analysis, and dashboards to drive key business decisions using reporting tools like Spotfire, Tableau, among others. Analyze data and extract meaningful features using advanced analytics. Recommend improvements to provide optimum reporting solutions. Design Data Models as the per requirements in the Datawarehouse (e.g., Teradata, Oracle). Lead the ETL team in developing Informatica Workflows for data transfer and integration as per the Data Model created. Responsible for creating, modifying, and developing complex machine learning (ML) models using various data science techniques for the application to be developed using Python or R. Develop Deep Neural Network models for classification/regression using Tensor Flow. Develop entity extraction frameworks using Natural Language Processing (NLP) from unstructured data. Participate in specifying the techniques and the optimal algorithm needed for the program. Write SQL queries and procedures to extract data from large databases like Oracle, Redshift, Greenplum, and others. Work with other teams to resolve issues and implement new features. Work with business users, project managers, and other project stakeholders and leads to gather and understand requirements. Assist in the analysis and design phase of projects. Responsible for maintenance and application upgrades. Create new functionality after the initial release. Fix bugs as required. Handle huge data sets effectively and write pipelines to train and test the ML models. Conduct training programs and knowledge transfer sessions to other team members when needed .
Education – Position requires a Master's degree in an Engineering (all), Business Administration, Computer Science, Technology, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering (all), Business Administration, Computer Science, Technology, or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's degree experience in the job offered or a related occupation is acceptable. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position headquartered in Danville, IL with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with approximately 15% of travel required . $118,789 to $124,728 per year.
