We are seeking a Desktop Manager Accessibility & Assistive Technology Specialist to join our team. This role will involve supporting end-user computing (EUC), Microsoft Windows Technologies, Active Directory, and accessibility/assistive software. The ideal candidate will have experience in EUC, Microsoft Desktop Technologies, ITIL, assistive technology support, and customer service excellence with a passion for creating accessible, user-friendly IT environments .

Rate/Salary: DOE Job Description:Key Responsibilities
End User Computing (EUC): Manage and support Microsoft Windows Technologies and Active Directory; troubleshoot and maintain third-party software and hardware.
Assistive Technology: Support Microsoft Assistive Software (Narrator, Magnify, ReadAloud) and ZoomText ReadWrite TM; provide training and guidance to end-users; stay current on assistive technology developments.
Customer Management: Deliver empathetic support to end-users, document issues, maintain records, and ensure regular, effective communication.
Service Desk/ITSM: Utilize ServiceNow or similar helpdesk systems; collaborate with developers, integration engineers, third-party vendors, and stakeholders; triage and prioritize issues to ensure timely resolution.
Service Management: Develop and maintain service management processes and documentation to support continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Strong background in Microsoft Windows Technologies, EUC, and Active Directory
Familiarity with Microsoft Assistive Software and accessibility tools (Narrator, Magnify, ReadAloud, ZoomText ReadWrite TM)
Experience with third-party software and hardware troubleshooting
Certifications in Microsoft Desktop technologies and ITIL
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with developers, engineers, and vendors
Strong customer service orientation with patience, empathy, and attention to detail
