About the Position:
As an Event Assistant, you'll play a key role in the execution of high-impact events that connect with communities and promote meaningful causes. From managing logistics to engaging with attendees, you’ll help create memorable experiences that build awareness and brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of live events
Serve as a brand ambassador, sharing the organization’s mission and values
Engage with attendees and build connections with local businesses and influencers
Distribute marketing materials and answer attendee questions
Collect feedback and assist in post-event performance evaluations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred (not required)
Internships or volunteer experience in events, PR, or marketing are a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks
