Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in event management and coordination. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will be involved in various aspects of event planning, execution, and post-event analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of various events.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Help manage event logistics, including venue setup, decorations, and catering services.
Support the development of event timelines and schedules to ensure all aspects are on track.
Assist with marketing and promotional efforts for events through social media and other platforms.
Coordinate guest lists and RSVP management for events to ensure accurate attendance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
