Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Epic Clin Doc Analyst to support the Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities with continuous enhancement, maintenance, and optimization of the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This role plays a key part in improving clinical documentation workflows across nursing, therapies, behavioral health, and long-term care settings.
Epic Clin Doc Certification is REQUIRED.
BH and/or LTC certifications are strongly preferred.
Only Epic-certified professionals will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing application build and support for Epic Clin Doc, ensuring seamless workflow across inpatient clinical areas and therapy disciplines.
Partner with clinical stakeholders to understand documentation needs, analyze workflows, and deliver high-quality configuration solutions.
Conduct system testing, integration validation, and support major Epic upgrades, optimization, and go-live activities.
Deliver end-user support including training and at-the-elbow support for clinical documentation functions.
Troubleshoot issues submitted through ServiceNow , ensuring timely root-cause analysis and resolution.
Ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards and regulatory requirements (CMS, Joint Commission, State guidelines).
Collaborate with cross-functional Epic teams (e.g., Orders, HIM, Identity) to ensure a cohesive and integrated system experience.
