Overview:

Are you a certified Epic professional passionate about optimizing healthcare technology? Beebe Healthcare is seeking an Epic Systems Analyst to manage and enhance Epic applications, including Ambulatory, Orders Transmittal, Radiant, Lumens, Optime/Anesthesia, Willow Ambulatory, Resolute HB, ASAP, and Cadence/Prelude . Join our team to lead innovative projects that transform workflows, improve system performance, and enhance patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain Epic applications to meet hospital requirements.
  • Analyze system performance and align application functionality with departmental workflows.
  • Provide technical support and resolve system issues for end users.
  • Maintain up-to-date system documentation, including architecture, security, and enhancements.
  • Lead system build and development tasks, ensuring alignment with design specifications.
  • Assist in vendor selection processes and provide input on system requirements.
  • Participate in system testing, training, and go-live events to ensure smooth deployments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT analyst, with healthcare experience highly desired.
  • Active Epic certification in one or more modules: Ambulatory, Orders Transmittal, Radiant, Lumens, Optime/Anesthesia, Willow Ambulatory, Resolute HB, Cadence/Prelude, and ASAP.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse teams and departments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
Entry: USD $73,112.00/Yr. Max: USD $113,318.40/Yr.
