Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, conferences, workshops, and social events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring all aspects are covered.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their event goals and requirements.
  • Manage the event budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial limits.
  • Research and negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and service providers.
  • Coordinate logistics such as catering, décor, transportation, and equipment rental.
  • Develop event timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
