Location: Saint Louis, Missouri (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $41,200 - $44,780 per year Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site) We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing events that align with our organization's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management and a proven track record of delivering successful events. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all aspects of various events, including logistics, venue selection, and attendee engagement.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure a seamless event experience.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses remain within budget.
• Create and distribute event marketing materials, including invitations, flyers, and social media content.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and gather feedback for future improvements.
• Provide on-site event management, overseeing setup, execution, and teardown.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a professional setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude.
