Elevare Branding is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of branded events. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of corporate, promotional, and branded events
Coordinate logistics, schedules, and on-site operations
Support event setup, breakdown, and vendor coordination
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners
Ensure events are executed according to brand standards and client expectations
Assist with administrative tasks related to event planning and reporting
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments
Adaptability and problem-solving mindset
Attention to detail and commitment to quality execution
