Our mission is to be the trusted financial partner for growing companies, providing world-class analytical insights that drive smart investment decisions that align with our core believes as a company for our staff: Faith, Family, Fitness, and Finance.

Values alignment is non-negotiable. Due to the proximity, you will have access to the founders of the company. It is of the utmost importance that you deeply resonate with the values they have set forth…

  • Sincere Candor

  • Unimpeachable Character

  • Competitive Greatness

If these values don't resonate with you, we wish you the best of luck. If they do, keep reading.

The Problem We're Solving

Right now, our investment banking team is drowning in financial data across multiple client engagements. We're spending countless hours manually building financial models, struggling to maintain consistency across deal presentations, and our partners are losing precious time they should be spending with clients because they're buried in spreadsheets. Meanwhile, investors are demanding faster turnaround times on due diligence materials, and our data rooms are becoming bottlenecks in closing deals.

Can you help us transform this into a streamlined, world-class financial analysis operation?

What You'll Be Doing

As our Financial Analyst, you'll be the analytical backbone of our investment banking operations. You'll take raw company data and transform it into compelling financial narratives that help investors make confident decisions and help our clients achieve their growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Company Analysis & Valuation: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of client companies, including historical performance review, industry benchmarking, and competitive positioning assessment
  • Financial Modeling: Build sophisticated financial models including DCF analyses, comparable company analyses, precedent transaction models, and LBO models
  • Investor Materials Creation: Develop executive-ready financial presentations, pitch decks, and investment memorandums that clearly communicate investment opportunities and risks
  • Pro Forma Development: Create detailed pro forma financial statements and projections that accurately reflect post-transaction scenarios and potential growth trajectories
  • Data Room Management: Organize and maintain virtual data rooms, ensuring all financial documentation is accurate, current, and easily accessible for due diligence processes
  • Due Diligence Support: Assist in financial due diligence processes by preparing detailed financial analyses, identifying key risks and opportunities, and responding to investor inquiries
  • Market Research: Conduct industry and market research to support valuation assumptions and strategic recommendations
  • Quality Control: Review all financial materials for accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation standards
  • Client Communication: Participate in client meetings to present financial analyses and respond to technical questions about financial models and assumptions

Results We Expect

  • Accuracy & Speed: Complete financial models and analyses with 99%+ accuracy while reducing preparation time by 30% through process improvements
  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain consistently positive feedback from clients on quality and timeliness of financial deliverables
  • Deal Velocity: Support closing 15+ transactions annually by ensuring data rooms and financial materials are investor-ready within agreed timelines
  • Model Standardization: Develop and implement standardized financial modeling templates that can be deployed across all client engagements
  • Presentation Quality: Deliver executive-level financial presentations that require minimal partner review and revision
  • Due Diligence Efficiency: Organize data rooms that enable investors to complete initial financial review within 48 hours of access
  • Professional Development: Complete advanced financial modeling certification within first 12 months and stay current with industry valuation methodologies

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field; MBA or CFA designation preferred
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, equity research, or management consulting
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel modeling skills (macros, VBA a plus), proficiency in financial databases (CapitalIQ, PitchBook, Bloomberg), and PowerPoint presentation design
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify key financial trends and outliers
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and transaction structures across multiple industries
  • Work Style: Self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Technology Adaptability: Comfortable learning new financial software and data management systems
  • Professional Presence: Ability to interact professionally with C-level executives, investors, and other senior stakeholders

What We Offer

  • Competitive USD Compensation: $20,000 - $31,000 annual salary paid in USD (significantly above local market rates)
  • Professional Growth: Direct exposure to senior leadership and complex transactions that accelerate career development
  • Learning Opportunities: Budget for professional certifications, conferences, and continuing education
  • Impact: Direct influence on deal outcomes and client success in a collaborative, results-driven environment
  • Paid Time Off: 20 days a year of paid time off.

Location & Schedule

  • Location: Bosnia and Herzegovina (remote work with flexible hours)
  • Schedule: Full-time position with occasional evening work during active deal cycles to accommodate international client time zones
  • Remote Work: Fully remote position with modern collaboration tools and technologies

Ready to join a team where your financial expertise directly impacts business success?

If you're excited about the opportunity to build world-class financial analyses that drive investment decisions and help businesses grow, we want to hear from you. Apply today and help us transform how investment banking gets done.
