Job Description

We are looking for a Planner at a top beauty brand based in NYC.  Working on supply planning, inventory, sales, operations for their international division. We work with  INTL affiliates and international distributers (communication via email/conference calls/Teams) to process orders and ship products, and we partner with other departments in the US (Supply, Forecast, Operations, Logistics, Master Data, Transportations).

Responsibilities:

• Main point of contacts for affiliates for respective brands/region.
• Support international affiliates as it relates to orders, shipments, freshness, stock, and urgent needs for sales activities.
• Validate and process monthly orders for Shiseido international affiliates.
• Manage and control allocations for launches, POSM and limited-edition items
• Analyze allocations discrepancies and work with Demand Planning and Affiliates to resolve.
• Collaborate with supply planning team on Affiliates needs, allocations planning and stock constraints.
• Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports to management and Shiseido Affiliates.
• Analyze sales and shipment fulfillment reports
• Partner with Transportation team to prioritize shipping plans and ensure on-time shipment.
• Partner with Distribution Center to investigate shipment discrepancy claims for international shipments.

Required Qualifications:

• 4-year college degree
• 2+ years’ plus experience in operational role, sales admin, or related function
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A must is advanced Excel Skills (pivot, Vlookup)
• Knowledge of supply chain and operations
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Comfort with shifting priorities and rapid changes.
• Proficiency in SAP is a plus
