Responsibilities

  • Guide individuals in identifying their skills, strengths, and interests to determine suitable side job opportunities
  • Provide personalized coaching sessions to support community members in setting goals and developing actionable plans
  • Advise on the various side job opportunities available in today's gig economy, including freelancing, online platforms, and local gigs
  • Conduct research on market trends and advancements in the side gig economy to offer up-to-date advice and strategies
  • Conduct mock interviews and assist with interview preparation to enhance community members' chances of securing side job opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop educational materials and resources to support community members' career journeys

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, strategy, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Ability to create engaging, shareable, and on-brand content.
  • Knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
