We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Front Office Staff at our thriving chiropractic office. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. This is a part-time position with 25 hours per week, offering a competitive starting salary of $18 per hour, along with performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities:
Greet and Assist Clients: Welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing exceptional customer service.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage and schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of patient traffic.
Phone and Email Communication: Handle phone calls and emails professionally, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance information and assist in processing insurance claims.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our office management software.
Cash Handling: Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial transactions with accuracy.
Office Organization: Keep the front office area organized and tidy to create a positive and professional environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred
- Strong clerical skills, including typing, filing, and transcribing
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Friendly and professional demeanor
